When I arrived at the Admiralty MRT station, there was a sign saying
This is abit shocking. haha. 1stly it's monday blues. 2ndly, how am i going to school?!?! Taxi came to my mind. There is also a sign saying that trains expected to resume at 9am. BUt .... it may not resume also , rite? After spending 5 mins standing outside the MRT on how to change my mode of transport, I overheard 2 station employees telling the customers that there are shuttle bus taking ppl from yew tee mrt to bukit gombak mrt. hmmmm. Maybe they could put it on the sign so that more ppl will noe how SMRT overcome this problem.
Upon reaching Jurong East MRT, the crowd were all eager to get on the train to get to their destinations.
haha... woa... the mrt is infested wif commuters!
But one of the staff at station control made a mistake. She asked the ppl at platform A to get off the train (haha... i dunno which is platform A aniway). And she also asked ppl on the train towards Pasir Ris to get off the train as the train is not in use. BUT after the commuters reluctantly get off the train, she den asked them to get back ON the train and apologised for the wrong information(apparently she wanted to ask the peeps to get off the train in the central - the train towards marina bay) haha. Humans make mistakes, But making mistakes at this point of time is bad, cuz the crowd realli make 'sounds' this time. Having problems and delaying the trains is bad enough. To have human errors is making it worse. It puts ppl off to noe that there is no communication btw the employees standing on the platform and those in the station control or wrong information is passed to the station control.
Hope my day will be better. I'll be looking for the explaination.
