Economics is gd!

Maybe econs isn't as bad as Y thinks after all - all theory.... quite useless.....

Y attended transport econs make-up lecture just a few hours ago.. and .... perhaps it's through this module.... Y remembered why he chosed this major instead of the others .....

1)Econs is quite fun.......IF u are gd at it!

well... Y is not saying he's gd....but when the lecturer explains practical issues using the graphs of econs.... it just makes the whole thing much more interesting.... BUT poor Y was confused here and there... haha... ( hey prof... improve on ur drawings pls! it's messy!)

2) Econs knowledge is cumulative, so pls start to work at JC!

well of course if u are hardworking enough... nothing can push ur grades down... however, Y realised with a 2 year foundation , it's easier to absorb econs theory and knowledge... even if they are just basic econs stuff

3) Econs is graphs, essays, and maths.... from ur concepts

Well..... econs in general is a combination of all 3.... like it or not... though some modules or lectures may focus more either more on graphs, essays or maths... BUT it all boils down from concepts.... LOUSY concepts ---> like Y ----> die... tio owned

4) Econs is practical!

Believe it or not.... Y just realised the potential of econs - it is quite practical in the real world in some ways... (if not they come out wif theories for wat.... haha..) simple concepts like diminishing returns can always be used on alot of things like studying.... but maybe not on eating....sleeping...playing.....cause maybe they have increasing returns ..... LOL. Long Run Marginal Cost.... Short Run Marginal Cost.... Competitive Pricing.... Average Cost Pricing.... Profit Maximization.... etc etc... all these are not for show only... haha....

well... dun look down on econs..... just look down on Y... =p
